Who processes the data

The site budenno.com and everything collected through it belongs to Budenno — a team that builds automation for business.

For any question about this policy and personal data handling, write to [email protected] — or use the messenger buttons on the home page.

What data we receive

From the contact form. When you fill in the “Discuss a task” form we receive your name, phone number, chosen messenger and a description of the task if you wrote one. There are no other fields in the form.

Why: to get in touch and discuss the task. The legal basis is your consent, given when you press the submit button.

Automatically, when you open the site. Like any website, budenno.com sees the technical data of the request: IP address, country, browser language, device type and the address of the page you came from. This is processed by Cloudflare, the service that delivers the site.

Why: so the site loads, so we can show you the version in your language and so we can tell people from bots. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and protected.

Anonymous statistics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and builds no profile: we see how many people came, to which pages and from which countries — in a form we do not use to identify a specific visitor.

Advertising. Meta Pixel and the Google Ads/Analytics tag load as soon as you open the site. They tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google that you visited, and set advertising cookies, so we can show you ads and see whether they bring enquiries. The legal basis is our legitimate interest: our audience and advertising are exclusively in Ukraine, where these services don't require a separate consent banner on every visit. You can object to this at any time — write to us and we will stop using your data for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

This list is complete — the site writes nothing else into your browser.

The first two are functional: the site works worse without them, so they cannot be switched off from the interface. You can erase them in your browser settings. You can object to the advertising cookies at any time by writing to us.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data and do not hand it over for anyone else’s mailings. But we do use services, and here is the full list:

We are also obliged to hand over data if a court or an authorised state body lawfully demands it.

How long we keep data

We don't have a separate database or CRM for enquiries: the form forwards your message straight into a Telegram chat we use to talk with clients, and it lives there until we remove it by hand.

If you want it deleted sooner, write to us and we will clear the conversation history containing your data. Anonymous statistics are kept under the rules of the service itself and are not tied to you.

Your rights

You can:

To use any of these rights, simply write to us in any messenger from the site. We answer within 30 days. There are no statements or forms to fill in.

Data and borders

The servers of the services we use are located in various countries, including outside Ukraine and the European Union. By sending an enquiry you agree to that transfer as well — without it neither the site nor the enquiries would work.

Each of these services may process data further under its own rules — we don't control their internal processing, only what we send them.

Children

The site is addressed to businesses and is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If it has happened anyway, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

The site works only over a secure connection. Access to enquiries is limited to our team.

Nobody can give an absolute guarantee and we will not pretend otherwise — that is not how the internet works. But we try not to collect anything superfluous, and data never collected cannot be lost.

Changes to this policy

If the policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
