Where the time goes

Automation starts with an honest answer to one question: what does your company still do by hand every day? Usually it looks like this.

The enquiry arrived at night, the reply came at noon

By then the customer has messaged three competitors and picked whoever answered first.

Your data lives in three places

Chats in messengers, enquiries in the inbox, agreements in a sales rep's head.

Content ships when someone has a spare hour

Which means it barely ships. A customer opens the profile, sees a post from three months ago and draws conclusions.

Your team answers the same questions every day

Price, timing, availability, how to pay. From scratch each time — always at the expense of people ready to buy.

The customer was remembered a week later

Nobody forgot on purpose. The reminder simply lived in someone's head instead of a system.

Reports are assembled by hand

Half a day at month end for something that could build itself every morning.

02

What we build

Four tracks that add up to one system: the site brings the lead, the bot answers first, the CRM stores and reminds, and automations tie it together and take over the content.

  • Landing pages for launches and paid traffic
  • Company sites and catalogues
  • Forms wired into CRM and messengers
  • Speed, responsive layout, technical SEO markup and a sitemap

  • Lead capture and booking
  • Funnels and broadcasts to your base
  • AI assistant trained on your materials

CRM and integrations

Order in your data: one pipeline instead of chats scattered across three apps.

  • HubSpot, Pipedrive, KeyCRM, NetHunt and many others
  • Pipelines, fields and access rights
  • Site → CRM → messengers, wired up via API
  • Reports and dashboards for the owner

Don't see your scenario? We'll take your process apart during the audit and build one for it.

04

How we work

We start with the process, not the technology: first we look at where the time goes, and only then decide what to automate first. All we need from you is one conversation and access — the rest is on us.

  1. 01

    Process audit

We map what happens today and where the time is lost. Free, a 30–40 minute conversation.

  2. 02

    Scope and plan

We agree what gets automated, in what order, and how we'll know it worked.

  3. 03

    Prototype

We build a working version of one process in a few days. You watch it run on your own data, and only then decide whether to go further.

  4. 04

    Rollout

We connect it to your live systems — usually one to two weeks. Then we hand over documentation and show the team how to use it.

  5. 05

    Support

We watch for errors, adapt to changes and add new scenarios over time.

05

How much time the routine eats

Drag the sliders to your own numbers — we'll work out how much working time a month goes into repetitive actions.

Based on 22 working days a month and an 8-hour day. This estimates the volume of manual work, not the cost of a rollout — we quote that after the audit.

hours a month

roughly 11 working days

06

Common questions

A prototype of a single scenario usually takes a few days; a full rollout, one to two weeks and up. We give an exact timeline after the audit, once the integration scope is clear.

Then we'll pick one and set it up around your processes. If you already have a CRM, we work with it — there's no need to switch systems just to automate.

Only to the services involved in the scenario. You grant the access on your side and can revoke it at any moment.

Only what a given step needs reaches the model — never your whole database. We work through the API, where conversations are not used to train models. If the data is sensitive, those steps can be built without AI at all, on plain rules.

Every step is logged, so it's clear exactly where the process stopped. On support we watch for errors and fix them without waiting for you to report it.

That's exactly what we recommend: take one process, show a working result, and then you decide whether to expand.

That is exactly why we start with one process: people accept something that takes work off their plate far more readily than a whole new system. At rollout we walk the team through it and leave the documentation behind.

It depends on the process and the number of integrations — there's no standard price here. We quote after the audit, and the audit is free.

07

Tell us what needs automating

Describe the process in two sentences — on the audit we'll break it down step by step and tell you what can come off your team's plate right now.

The audit is free and commits you to nothing.
